What are the delivery costs for the online Wholesale Shops?
Delivery is free for orders over £250.00, under that it’s just £10 per order.
What is the minimum online order?
The Wholesale Webshop service is designed to offer our retail clients flexible in-season replenishment of the best sellers, therefore there is no minimum order.
Where can I see the products in person?
Our brands are showcased in our showrooms and our sales team will be happy to arrange an appointment to view products. Please contact our us on 020 7702 0203 or by email email@example.com
Following Brexit will I have to pay for any import duties?
No, we take care of all duties and import taxes, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
When you place an online order, the system will send you an order acknowledgement and the product will be reserved. Our customer service team will then approve the order and send you an order confirmation by email, or call you to discuss in case of queries.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
We aim to deliver products with 72 working hours from confirmation of the order.
How can I get brand images for my Webshop?
Simply visit the Resource Hub in our Client Area, request a password and you can browse downloadable content, logos and banners, or for queries send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I add point of sale material to my order?

How can I track my Webshop order?
We ship all deliveries via DPD and you will receive a tracking number via text or email. Simply enter your tracking number here or call 020 7702 0203 / email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Our standard free delivery area is within the UK (Great Britain and Northern Ireland), and the Republic of Ireland. Delivery to destinations outside of the free delivery area is possible but will be subject to additional delivery charges. Please contact our sales support team email@example.com to discuss.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Once your account is set up you will receive all invoices and statements by email. We also provide you with access to a customer payment portal where you can access all your paid and unpaid invoices at anytime.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30 days net, subject to status.
