Every six months we give out a number of spot bonuses and team rewards. In addition, in a show of appreciation for loyalty, we have an anniversary award scheme, which means that if someone has been with us for two years, they quality for two additional holiday days and one extra paid day, for every additional year they serve up to a maximum of five days.
