Position: Full time (Hybrid working up to 2 days per week)

Core Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the B2B website including web enrichment, booking in/out of inventory, and technical quality control and bug report to IT department
  • Processing and monitoring all sales on the B2B, liaising with warehouse to ensure goods are packed, shipped and invoiced
  • Anaylsing sales from the B2B and producing weekly reports to be sent to sales team and management.
  • Managing the inventory and making recommendations of stock movement and future stock buys
  • Managing our retail concession project with two major retailers.
  • Assisting with the data upload and enrichment files
  • Anaylising weekly sales reports and drive sales by identifying performance trends, risks and opportunities and providing feedback to Sales Managers
  • Support the sales Managers during seasonal strategy planning, reviewing lessons learnt from your report analysis and giving advice on future buys
  • Support the wider admin team with various tasks, including order processing and checking, answering phones and replying to customer enquiries



  • Relevant commercial; experience gained in a fashion merchandising environment.
  • Experience in working within a similar role, ideally within the fashion industry
  • Experience of planning weekly sales and Stock management
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge essential
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
