Start Date: Immediate

Position: Full time (Hybrid working up to 2 days per week)

Core Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparation and upload of new product data from master catalogues to internal stock management system
  • Commodity code checks and establishing import duty rates
  • EDI project co-ordinator and liaising with IT department and suppliers
  • Assisting the Purchase and Logistic manager with daily duties
  • Checking and entering Purchase Orders from Key Accounts
  • Placing orders with suppliers through web portals
  • Allocating/writing orders on internal system
  • Liaising with Key Accounts for booking/delivery slots
  • Preparing paperwork for shipments into clients
  • Conduct order book reconciles
  • Approving or rejecting debit notes
  • Investigating delivery issues/discrepancies
  • Liaising with suppliers, warehouse and logistics partners on stock movements and deliveries
  • Replying to customer queries via phone and email


  • Previous experience with data management and an understanding and awareness of EDI
  • Experience in working within a similar role, ideally within the fashion industry
  • Advanced Excel Skills such as VLookUp and Pivot tables
  • Attention to detail is vital
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Foreign language skills (German / Spanish) advantageous but not essential
  • Polite and personable telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
